The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The wait time was short and the appointment ran smoothly. Very pleasant experience with Dr. Kuruvilla and staff. Easy scheduling and reasonable wait with an emergency appointment. Doctor’s work was explained well, informative media for after care, and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend with FBISD insurance. Definitely better experience here than at the chain in the nearby strip center!

My experience was truly outstanding! It's not easy to find doctors who are both patient and thorough. Dr. Jacob and the staff were incredibly kind as well. I will definitely be returning!

Kurivilla- rude. There was absolutely no need to be rude either. I was the one sitting there patiently, listening to his over explanations.
Attached is the price they had given me over the phone: $149. When I went in there, the office manager had "no idea what I was talking about" and was told they were not able to give prices over the phone. Made it sound as if I was pulling the number out of thin air. Thank God they sent the text, so the people at Lovett can know their prices.

Great service, always very fast and helpful, and the doctor is very good about answering questions. Emily at the front desk is super helpful as well. I've had a lot of bad dentists in the past and after these few visits I can say that this is a very refreshing change to see!
