From check-in to check out. I had a wonderful experience. Office was very clean. The Dental assistant explained each and every action that she was doing. She is very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manners ever!

I had a very disappointing experience at Sienna Modern Dentistry with DDS AjaThompson. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not thorough, and I left feeling rushed and unsatisfied. Despite arriving 30 minutes early and completing the online check-in, I wasn’t seen until 30 minutes before closing, which made the entire visit feel rushed and impersonal.
The equipment did not appear clean, and shockingly, the same bloody dental floss was used across all quadrants of my mouth. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Additionally Dr. Thompson did not take the time to explain my oral health or answer questions, which left me feeling confused and dismissed.
To make matters worse. I was charged $160 for services that should have been fully covered by my insurance under preventative care. When I tried to address this, finance/office manager was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Overall, I left feeling bamboozled and disappointed. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

I visited Sienna Modern Dentistry for the first time recently. The staff was very professional, kind and cordial. For the first time, in visiting a dental office, my cleaning was performed by the dentist who was very kind and professional. She answered my questions. It was an all-around very good experience. If you are looking for good dentist, I highly recommend Sienna Modern Dentistry.

I would give this place 5 stars if the ladies in the front weren’t so rude. They don’t acknowledge/greet me and my son anytime that we walk in. He has been in braces for 15-16 months and they are not friendly or acknowledging at all! Its simple customer service a nice smile and hand waive go a long way. They really need a training on how to greet patients. I don’t feel welcomed walking into the office.

The dentist, Dr. Erik Le, and dental assistant were great! The hygienist was busy so Dr Le did my cleaning, and he did such a great job. Him and his dental assistant work really well together.
