DONT BRING YOUR YOUNG KIDS HERE: RUDE FRONT DESK AND DOCTOR - Paige and “Manager” Marianna
Dental hygienist. Doctor also asked if my kid was “slow” due to him being scared in front of them. I had to explain to him what slow meant or what she was implying just because he was afraid to be in the room alone with them.
The reason for the low stars is the unprofessional doctor and the receptionists Paige and the manager Mariana they are incredibly rude, mean, impatient and unreliable. Both are busy on their phone texting instead of answering questions. I had to call and follow up about the appointment. Every encounter with Paige is like she doesn’t want to be there or it’s a crime to ask questions.
Then when I spoke to Marianna during a call the day before my sons appointment she told me one thing and didn’t explain anything. So during our appointment, I saw the consent form and naturally I’m asking questions.
I then go to explain to my son that things have changed and while I’m talking to him. Marianna busted into our conversation between my son and I. Only to add that she said something to me which she did not. Miscommunication is one thing, telling a patient A after the doctor told them B is something totally different no one said anything to us. If I wouldn’t have looked at the form I wouldn’t have known.
Update: I called the corporate office to file a complaint and today 6 months later Paige called and asked what happened and if I wanted to cancel an appointment. I told her how she treated my son and I and how the office manger acted after she pretended to care.
Did she apologize no, did she say I wouldn’t receive any more calls yes.

I had a great experience at this dental office. Arie ("Airy") was so thorough and knowledgeable. She is a Dental Hygenist that only works there on Mondays and it was one the best cleanings I ever had. She also recommended a specific (and affordable) electric toothbrush for me. After the dentist notified me that my insurance wouldn't pay part of my fee for a custom mouthguard she offered to take over $100 off for me. So I said sign me up!
Also let me say that I had been visiting a different dental clinic for the past two years and I go for cleanings every 6 months. That dental office wanted to charge me over $400 for deep cleaning. But Arie said that I didn't need deep cleaning. She told me that I did have plaque but it wasn't hard so she was able to clean me right on up without me having to pay a dollar. Also she taught me the proper way to brush.
I hope that you are able to go to the clinic on a Monday to get Arie but if not I hope you have a similar great experience.

Five Star Dentist on Hwy 6 in Fresno is an excellent dentist's office. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The dental care is great and reasonable.

I normally never make a horrible review but this is involving me. I went in there recently with my little sister who is 6. She has a horrible fear of the dentist now because of this facility. One of the employees screamed at her to shut up while she was crying. I will never return there again. If I were you I wouldn't go there either with children unless you are ready to receive verbal abuse.
