I normally never make a horrible review but this is involving me. I went in there recently with my little sister who is 6. She has a horrible fear of the dentist now because of this facility. One of the employees screamed at her to shut up while she was crying. I will never return there again. If I were you I wouldn't go there either with children unless you are ready to receive verbal abuse.

My 18 year old son had dental work done here over 7 or 8 visits throughout 2023. He and I were treated with utmost respect. They went above and beyond to make sure he knew what was going on and that he was comfortable. And they explained everything he needed to know. Great experience.

If I could give this place, a zero, I absolutely would if you were looking to get your wisdom teeth removed I would steer clear of this facility. I’l scheduled my daughter’s appointment three months in advance the day prior to her appointment they called to reschedule her. Her appointment was now today and it was at 2 o’clock. It is just now 6 PM and they still have not even attempted to work on my child, this place is very slow and has no consideration for anybody’s time. I would not book at this place. Please beware. Unless you enjoy sitting around this might be the right place. Lastly the doctor didn’t do my daughter’s stitches correctly and had to go to another office to get clipped.

Taking my business elsewhere! I’m a Vietnamese physician and wanted to support a Vietnamese dentist, but didn’t get a chance to meet her as her receptionist and hygienist are reviewing images and PRACTICING OUTSIDE OF THEIR SCOPE prior to the appointment even beginning. No cleaning or exam by the dentist unless you pay $80 for an X-Ray (even if they were done a few months ago with records sent) and you have never even had a cavity. This dentist doesn’t seem to be concerned about unnecessary radiation exposure.

I brought my son to the dental clinic following a distressing visit elsewhere. Overwhelmed with fear, tears streamed down his face at the mere thought of dental work. The staff was compassionate and was able to ease his anxiety, gently encouraging him to proceed with the X-rays and teeth cleaning. By the time he was done , he was happy smiling and said he was no longer afraid of the dentist. . This was relief after three long years, and I'm overjoyed that I found this clinic.
