My family and I had a great experience at BD Dental. We were able to get an appointment quickly for my family. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Sangeetha Sara and her staff were gentle, patient with my children. Dr. is very knowledgeable and provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend DB Dental.

I had an incredible experience at this dental clinic with a warm welcome from the front desk staff and a hassle free check in process with required apt information. The Dentist Dr Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable with her approach to explain the treatment plan and check on me and my kids every now and then during the procedure. I recently visited BD Dental, and my experience was excellent. My dentist was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant throughout the entire visit. She took the time to address all of my dental concerns and did an amazing job with my dental work. I am very happy with the results and truly appreciate her care and attention to detail. I wish this had been a better experience, but it has been impossible to get in touch with the office after my initial visit. I broke a tooth while at work, and they are in my insurance network. I set an initial visit for an assessment to determine how the tooth would be repaired (if possible). They were more than happy to bill my insurance for a 5 minute appt, then tell me they'd let me know when insurance approves it and how much $ my portion would be. Well, my insurance is approving the work, but no one has reached out to me for OVER A MONTH, and every time I try to call the office, I get a busy signal. All the while, my molar is falling apart in my mouth and no one will get back to me about actually going through with the treatment. Evidently all they care about is the insurance money and they don't care about the patient at all. I have informed my insurance to see if they can help. I hope this office fails.
