Rating for the front desk.
Hopefully you don’t have an emergency. Unable to speak to the front desk or the doctors. Once I was able to talk to someone, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and no one resumed the call. The question was simple - can you confirm you received the retainers prior to my appointment?
I’m glad I am done with my treatment and don’t have to deal with this office anymore.

I want to share my appreciation for the entire staff at Creative Smile. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to Miss Claudia — she did an amazing job with my 8-year-old son. Thank you so much for taking such great care of him!

They do not let parents in the room with child as they strap the kid to the seat and correct cavities which leaves much room for speculation. When questioning the lead DA there, I asked what numbing medication will be used she replied “Lidocaine, I already said that”. Very rude and unprofessional. She then proceeded to explain the process thoroughly after she sensed my disdain for her rudeness. After much thought, I do not feel comfortable with my child in their care unsupervised so I will be moving on to another office.

You know I read some of these poor reviews and had me scared. To me though the positive reviews outweighed the bad, So I took my 4 year old daughter for just an exam and cleaning. My child did need treatment. It was obvious just by looking she had some issues. She is on the spectrum but understands most commands. She is a super nervous kid I have to say to the least. I told them my concerns from the reviews. I was scared for the most part thinking she is going to scream and fight the whole time and the reviews would be correct. The doctor and assistant Cat was extremely helpful in assuring they do sedation but will be awake the whole time. I was very shocked how calm the whole process was for my daughter. The same assistant that did her initial exam was the same assistant that was going in with my daughter. Although it was a different doctor who did treatment than the initial exam. They seem to be on the same page. I did not get either doctor’s name. I was happy they let me stay right by the room to do treatment. To my surprise it seems they really know what they are doing. My daughter stayed calm and cried very little. The whole process went very well!!! To my surprise my daughter can be dramatic. I recommend them 100%. Very easy process and the assistant was very sincere and knowledgeable. Even remembered my daughter when a few weeks went by before treatment. I heard my daughter laughing in there after awhile. The doctor was good at explaining home care after the treatment. All my questions and concerns were answered. I was nervous for nothing.
