Once I located a home, she made sure she informed throughout the whole process of the comings and goings, what would happen next, what to expect etc. I'm very pleased with my new home, and I'm really pleased with my realtor- her efforts, knowledge and contacts within the industry greatly helped this smooth along. She is definitely a person that is not just about commission and making a profit. She actually cares about what she does and cares about the people she interacts with. We had a fantastic experience with Brandy Liss. She was with us from the very beginning telling us what we needed to do to sell our house. Her guidance allowed us to sell the house in 4 days getting more money for it that we originally asked! Thanks, Brandy!

I do not recommend Shae Cottar of Re/Max 1st Class. He described a lowland flooding street, that was the only access to a house I was going to buy as just having puddles of water on it, when in reality, the level of the drains of the street were at the same level as the high tide level of the canal that the drains drain into. The canal was about 15 feet from the street, and behind the house, and every time the seasonal King Tides, or the sustained wind blows out of the south extended periods, at high tide this street that is the only access to 201 Rue Orleans, Baytown, TX, 77520. I do not consider him professional, nor truthful, he was not representing me in the transaction, he is the listing realtor.
