Thanks Andrea for being the best dental hygienist I ever have. She's gentle, meticulous, hard working, courteous, and caring. I just wish I knew about InStyle Smile Dental a bit sooner. Thanks my neighbors Ann and Jack who recommended me about this place and a special hygienist there named Andrea. Luckily, I was taken in by her. Everything she did was so gentle. I didn't feel hurt even a little bit. After coming there for the third time my gum problems have improved significantly.
I only have positive things to say about this place. First, it's in a nice a quiet area. Second, the clinic is right next to the lake with beautiful view. Third, everything is transparent and upfront. Last, the price is very reasonable.
I would recommend this place, especially Andrea to anyone who had problems with gum disease or those who only need routine teeth cleaning.

I had an outstanding experience at my recent dental visit with Dr. Ali and the amazing hygienist Shalla, apologies if i misspelled the name i went off of memory. From start to finish, her professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive. Shalla’s gentle hands made my cleaning a completely comfortable and painless experience. She worked with such care and precision, ensuring I felt at ease throughout the entire process. Not only did she do a thorough job, but she also took the time to check my lymph nodes and salivary glands—something no one had ever done for me before. Her dedication and attentiveness truly set her apart. Dr. Ali was equally fantastic, providing expert advice and ensuring my dental health was in top shape. I highly recommend them both for anyone looking for exceptional and compassionate dental care!

Shahlaa was very meticulous and respectful. She explained the different tests, the reason to do them and the findings. Dr. Ali presented various treatment options based on his deep knowledge coupled with patience. The staff was courteous and the facility was neat and welcoming.

I recently visited this dental office, and I had a very good experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional. Dr. Ali was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit
What really stood out was the excellent care I received from the hygienist, Shahlaa. She was incredibly thorough—not only in cleaning my teeth but also in checking my head and neck, which showed her attention to detail and comprehensive approach to dental health. Her knowledge of dental hygiene was impressive, and she explained everything clearly
Shahlaa was also very gentle and careful, especially when addressing my gum issues. Her skill and delicate touch made a big difference, and I felt truly cared for. Thanks to her help, I feel much more confident about managing my gum health going forward
Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Dr. Ali and his team

1am deeply disappointed with the recent experience at Dr. Greg Carol's office, where I have been a patient since 2010. Recently, I underwent a deep cleaning procedure, which I did not request but was strongly recommended by the office. I was informed that insurance would cover the cost. so l agreed to the treatment. However, I later received a bill of $500-$600, stating that my insurance had not covered the procedure due to my having received a deep cleaning within the past two years.
When I inquired as to why I was not informed about this limitation beforehand, the office response was that "the patient did not ask us to check the previous treatment history." This lack of communication is concerning and raises questions about the level of care being provided.
How many of us truly understand the frequency of insurance coverage for dental procedures, such as deep cleanings, or question our doctors when they order tests and treatments? Additionally, the practice processed my claim through my primary dental insurance, and once it was denied, I was sent a bill and referred to a collection agency. It is especially frustrating that this occurred despite my having two dental insurance plans.
The office environment has changed significantly, and I am concerned that the quality of care and professionalism has deteriorated under new management. The staff has become rude and unprofessional, a stark contrast to the excellent service I received when Dr. Carol was personally overseeing the practice. Given these issues, I can no longer recommend this office to others.
