1am deeply disappointed with the recent experience at Dr. Greg Carol's office, where I have been a patient since 2010. Recently, I underwent a deep cleaning procedure, which I did not request but was strongly recommended by the office. I was informed that insurance would cover the cost. so l agreed to the treatment. However, I later received a bill of $500-$600, stating that my insurance had not covered the procedure due to my having received a deep cleaning within the past two years.
When I inquired as to why I was not informed about this limitation beforehand, the office response was that "the patient did not ask us to check the previous treatment history." This lack of communication is concerning and raises questions about the level of care being provided.
How many of us truly understand the frequency of insurance coverage for dental procedures, such as deep cleanings, or question our doctors when they order tests and treatments? Additionally, the practice processed my claim through my primary dental insurance, and once it was denied, I was sent a bill and referred to a collection agency. It is especially frustrating that this occurred despite my having two dental insurance plans.
The office environment has changed significantly, and I am concerned that the quality of care and professionalism has deteriorated under new management. The staff has become rude and unprofessional, a stark contrast to the excellent service I received when Dr. Carol was personally overseeing the practice. Given these issues, I can no longer recommend this office to others.

I went in for a routine hygiene cleaning, but the hygienist kept pushing for a deep cleaning instead. I asked twice if I could just get a standard cleaning, but the hygienist was adamant about the deep cleaning, which would cost me $864 out of pocket. Rather than argue a third time, I gave up and left. I won’t be returning. I used to love this place when Dr. Carroll was there, but ever since he left, the quality has gone downhill. It feels like they prioritize getting patients to pay out of pocket rather than offering the free cleaning that should be available.

Had an amazing experience. Chip my veneer and called them at 8am, they had me in the chair by 9:30am. Temps were on same day and they completed all modes for the new veneers. Quality of work was great, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Can’t thank them enough for getting me fixed up so quickly 🙏

My experience with Instyle Smiles Dental was phenomenal, once again. This is not my first visit, but a repeat visit. As always I was greeted with a warm welcome, which made me feel like part of a family. Everyone I had encountered with was very polite and professional, as always. The front desk person Kim was very polite, I went to the back with the dental hygienist Andrea Collins. The original hygienist I had is no longer there. However, I thought the old hygienist was good, but Andrea Collins surpassed the old hygienist. She's very informative, patience and caring. She answers any questions you may have. She really cares about the health of your teeth. She gave me great information on caring for my teeth that I'll apply for now on. A BIG shout out to Andrea I was very much impressed with her wealth of knowledge. I'm looking forward to returning for my six months preventive maintenance care. After my exam I directed to the billing person Hannah, yes another polite and warm person. I was also introduced to the new manager on site, Kadija. All I can tell you is, she run rings around the old manager. She's very professional and welcoming. She fits right into place with this fine establishment When I tell you that I didn't want to leave the whole center because everyone made me feel so at home. I can tell that everyone really enjoys working there and assisting patients such as myself. Job well done guys, I'll be seeing you all soon. 😊 I recommend this establishment to anyone who's looking for Royal treatment.

I just love love Instyle Smiles Dental!!! The staff is absolutely AWESOME, AMAZING, and very PROFESSIONAL! When an issue arise which has been far and few the last 15 years that I've been going. They correct it immediately! If I didn't have a job, I would love to work at Instyle Smile Dental. They keep you smiling from the time you arrive until the time you leave!
