Had an amazing experience. Chip my veneer and called them at 8am, they had me in the chair by 9:30am. Temps were on same day and they completed all modes for the new veneers. Quality of work was great, staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Can’t thank them enough for getting me fixed up so quickly 🙏

As always, Dr Carroll and his staff are amazing! We are always welcomed with a warm smile. Today (5/29/24), I brought my dad in for a cleaning. Rah Jahangir was a joy. He explained each step to my dad before doing anything. He made my dad feel very comfortable. It’s comforting to know that there are still dental professionals out there who really care for their patients. Thanks again Rah😊

Dr. Carrol and his team of dentists are amazing and extremely caring. The front desk could use some work though. Front desk staff seems like they don't really know what they are doing. Recently went in for a routine cleaning procedure. When I got there, the front desk and the hygienist said the procedure was upgraded to a deep cleaning. I repeatedly asked them if this procedure would be covered by my insurance and was assured that it would be. Fast forward, I am told to pay for the procedure because my insurance didn't cover it because I had one done within two years. Had they checked pre procedure on my chart, they would've seen this and had told me it would not be covered. If you go here, just make sure you get in writing or proof of procedures being done or else they'll call you later and tell you to pay.

[Update 9/13/2024]
Sadly, things went very ugly. I called InStyle Smile 13 times since June 7th to September 12 but never get a chance to talk to office admin. Every time i called I was always told someone will call me back, but it never happened. 13 times!!!
Today I went to office in person asking to make an appointment with office admin or Dr. Carroll, same answer like before cannot make appointment and someone will call me back. I asked if i can record the conversation for my personal record only, the front desk staff refused, so I only recorded my voice only just for my personal record and I replayed it to prove it is only my voice in there. The front desk lady was extremely angry and said will escalate, I was surprised she was so unhappy even I didn’t record her voice, so I deleted the recording immediately in front of her.
As soon as I returned home the police officers knocked my door and notified me InStyle Smiles staffs reported me for the recording and restrict me to go to office/or call office again. Does that have to go this way? I was there to discuss and I have been nice all the time. The office admin even didn’t give me a chance to explain.
I have been a patient of Dr. Carroll since 2009, Dr. Carroll called me "my good patient" before, is this the way to treat a good patient?

I have been a patient of Dr. Carroll more than 10 years. Dr. Carroll and his assistants are very caring and professional, the office is nice and clean. I would say my experiences over the years there were positive till recently.
The front desk staffs/claim team are friendly but not professional enough. My claims were sent to wrong insurance company twice in last two years. Maybe their system is not smart enough to handle the situation of family members are under different policies.
Another very unpleasant experience is still ongoing. Dr. Carroll suggested me to replace an old crown and front desk staff provided a written ESTIMATE indicating insurance benefit will cover 50% "based upon information from the insurance company". So, I paid my responsible part and had a new crown. Weeks later, InStyle Smiles asked me to pay the full price because my insurance didn't cover it due to the frequency limit. Obviously, front desk staffs didn't check my insurance policy and my records when they provided the estimate. As a long-time dental clinic, they should know there is frequency limit on crown replacement and should discuss that with patient before the procedure starts. It's unfair InStyle Smiles staffs didn't do their job right but let patient pay for their mistake.
