I had a fantastic experience at Intricate! From the moment I walked in, Alison, the receptionist, was welcoming, professional, and made me feel totally comfortable. And I didn’t have to wait to get called back more than 5 minutes, which is rare.
They took the time to explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions. The treatment itself was painless and quick.
I highly recommend this dentist and staff to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and trustworthy dental practice. I’ll def be back!

The care I just received from Intricate Dentistry were beyond exceptional!! From walking in to meeting the receptionist Allison, to getting my scans performed by Karina, to having a sit down and in depth conversation regarding my dental care with Dr. Nguyen was amazing!! Dr. Nguyen took his time and explain EVERY SINGLE detail about my dental care and what was important to me. It made me feel like he really cared about my dental health. My husband is a very talkative person and he was even patient with him answering all of my husbands questions and my husband was not the patient 😂. Karina was such a sweet heart, she kept apologizing for my sensitive gag reflex during the X-rays. Allison, was very thorough on explaining my benefits and the cost to me. Best experience ever!!! They deserve 100 stars!⭐️

From the moment I walked into Intricate Dentistry, Addie welcomed me with a beautiful smile and even offered me coffee or water — they even share their Wi-Fi password for your convenience! As a patient, I truly appreciated how caring and professional Dr. Nguyen and Jennie are. Dr. Nguyen was very thorough with my exam, and Jennie is honestly the most dedicated and genuine hygienist I’ve ever met. She took her time and gave me the best cleaning I’ve had in over 20 years!
I recently moved to the area, and I can say without a doubt — this is the best dental office ever! 🦷✨

Dr. Nguyen is fantastic as always. He’s patient and understanding but informative and always ready to help. His staff is kind and approachable. They always remember little things about my family and I that reminds me that the level of care goes beyond the word “patient” . I highly recommend this place! The service here is truly amazing, not just from the doctors, but from the entire staff. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.
I especially want to recognize Jenny. She is such a kind and caring person, always supportive, always checking in to see if you need anything, and always making sure that every patient feels cared for and valued. She is genuine in every interaction, which is rare to find, and she makes the entire experience so much more positive. You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares about people.
They also did a wonderful job removing my daughter’s wisdom teeth, and we were both so impressed with how smooth and professional the process was. I’ve been to other dental offices over the years, but none of them compare to the level of service, care, and attention I receive here.
