Staff was nice but I was disappointed with the service. I made an appointment for a cleaning which I told them over the phone and then reverified with the dentist. After looking at my teeth (very regular tooth health- brush twice a day, floss once at night, rarely eat sugar, have gotten my twice yearly cleanings) I was told I would need a deep cleaning which would be $250.00+ out of pocket and would require being numbed for 2-3 hours. I explained this was not possible for me as I had only taken off work for the amount of time a cleaning would require (minimal PTO available) and, honestly, I don't have $250.00+ to spend on questionable dentistry at the moment. They then refused to provide a regular cleaning therefore wasting 3 hours of my PTO and billing my insurance for X-rays and an exam that I could have had done at a dentist that would have cleaned my teeth. It's really disappointing to have found an office with pleasant staff to then only be met with scam dentistry and time wasted.

I went into the dental clinic with fear of a tooth extraction. I anticipated the worst pain ever but Dr Nguyen and his assistant made it totally pain free and the most comfortable visit ever!

Had such a good experience at DovyDental! Dr. Katy was amazing she noticed I was nervous and really took the time to talk me through everything. She kept me calm, explained the whole process in a way that was easy to understand, and even broke down the pricing clearly so there were no surprises. I got two fillings done with zero pain, and they turned out perfect. The whole staff was super friendly too it honestly felt like a whole team was taking care of me. I’ve also come here for a long time they’ve been excellent.

The lovely people Dovy Dental got me in right away as an emergency for a root canal. They were professional courteous. They listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions right away. They offered payment plans, so everything would be affordable. So I highly recommend this office for everyone. You cannot go wrong!

Omg let’s start with Gabby, she’s the best dental scheduler / assistant I know. I saw this doctors office from the street. I was a walked in with extensive pain and Gabby greeted me with a smile. Got me registered as a new patient and made sure I was seen that day. She immediately checked my insurance and had empathy for what I was going through. Jenny the assistant was so amazing. Her little touch is so gentle and her voice is so soft. She assured me that the doctor was going to take good care of me and I wouldn’t feel anything. I was scared outta my mind but she made me comfortable and she was absolutely right. Now let’s talk about Dr. Park. He’s very confident in his field. He listened carefully to my issues, was very caring of me as a person and what I was experiencing. He had to plan to extract my tooth because I had so much infection and the tooth was just jacked up. He started me on my antibiotics and I had to come back before he pulled it. In the service, he made absolute sure I had no pain and he was gentle, patient and careful throughout the entire service. My go home instructions were plain and clear and my follow up appointment was excellent as well. I recommend this office, I recommend this team. He’s my dentist and I’m happy I found this facility.
