HORRIBLE agency. DO NOT work with the realtor named Allen (Zheng Rui Zhuang). He allowed a tenant to move into our house before our lease was even signed, and the people who moved into our house were not even the people who applied. We had to remove the trespassers from our property, who stated they paid the realtor MORE than what was on our leasing agreement. Something illegal is happening with this realtor and brokerage. NEVER deal with them.
