Michael Jenkins and his team were great to work with...they explained the process before/during/after and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I had started a re-fi with my current mortgage provider and had to cancel after 3 months as it was going now where. Michael and his team completed this-refi in 3 weeks. They key was that they prepared for the work with me ahead of time and made sure I knew what documents were going to be needed - before they were needed. Finally, Michael helped me find a new home/auto insurance provider and saved me $2,000 per year.
