I usually am not into writing a lot of Google reviews. But my dental procedure journey has been so exhaustive, that I really want to take a moment to thank the team at this Lovett Dental location for giving me the best treatment. Dr. Jacob and his team are fantastic, his diagnosis and treatment is so apt and perfect. He answered all my questions patiently and with a smile. And the Endodontist Dr. Brouchera is so thorough in her procedure and treatment, I had 3 successful root canals with her. The office manager Ms. Aida and team are always warm and welcoming, every time I went in. Thank you once again for taking care of my pain, and fixing it all for me. I would recommend this location to anyone in a heartbeat.

Been coming to this location for a couple years now. Always loved the staff. Now Dr. Jacob is a permanent dentist. He & his staff were kind, caring & informed. They made sure I was comfortable & understood the process before anything was started. One of my best experiences with a dentist & I had to have a tooth pulled with a bone graft!!

Very pleasant experience with Dr. Kuruvilla and staff. Easy scheduling and reasonable wait with an emergency appointment. Doctor’s work was explained well, informative media for after care, and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend with FBISD insurance. Definitely better experience here than at the chain in the nearby strip center!

I had a great experience at this dental office. The results of my treatment were excellent and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The wait time was short and the appointment ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Lovett dental in Missouri city to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Extremely negative experience.
Wasted time and unjustified expenses — no actual teeth cleaning service was provided.
My appointment was confirmed and I arrived on time. However, instead of receiving a standard dental cleaning covered by my insurance, I was subjected to a long series of X-rays. After that, the staff aggressively tried to sell me an additional procedure costing nearly $800.
Once I declined this expensive add-on, all interest in me as a patient disappeared. As a result, I was forced to leave the clinic without receiving the teeth cleaning I originally came for. My time was completely wasted.
Additionally, part of the X-ray procedure was performed in a public hallway, which I find extremely strange and unprofessional. Treatment rooms have no doors, resulting in a total lack of privacy.
The attitude toward the patient was purely formal and indifferent. No one made any effort to properly explain the situation, apologize, or offer a reasonable solution.
I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay away.
