I reached out to Ajitha Tose to view a house. She responded "we got a tenant" "its leased". That's it. Unlike other realtors that I have reached out to, she did not offer to show me a similar property that was in the same neighborhood or to help. I followed up by asking about a similar property in the same neighborhood that was showing available online. She did not respond. I asked if there is someone else I can speak to about the home. She read my text message and did not respond. Days pass. We reach out to MIH to tell them what happend and asked if we could see the house. They were supposed to call back but never did. I decided to let it go. I really liked the pictures of the home and weanted to tour but decided not to chase this company and beg them to show me the house. Why would I want to give my money and work with a company that disregards their customers? We decided to take our money elsewhere and now have a home. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I’m convinced they lie to people to get application fees, give them the runaround, pressure them to “hurry and get this done because we have another applicant” even emailing at 10:30 at night. They’ve obviously never dealt with any kind of large, professional companies as they’ve proven that with their unprofessional correspondence and lack of communication and downright lies. I wouldn’t use this company if it was the last realty company standing. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else, anyone else. A dog would be more professional than they are.

Tried to setup to view a house with Justin Chakkalayil. Her first proposed time conflicted with my schedule and asked for another. She ghosted me after that. Not professional at all.
