We were recommended by a friend to go with prompt realty, at first we were hesitant because we didn’t know much about them, however, we are glad with went with John and his team and will do it again in the future. When we had bumps in our first home buying process, Prompt Realty helped to smooth them out and gave reassurance. As a new homebuyer, the entire real estate process can feel daunting and frazzled. I could rely on John and Sam to provide insight during the process and to answer my many many questions. John took our concerns and turned them into solutions and made us feel very capable. They truly looked out for us and made sure we got the best deal possible. They went out of their way to help accommodate additional showings we wanted to see even with my unconventional schedule. John and Sam were both kind and patient and helped us negotiate to find exactly what we needed and wanted. Can’t say enough good things. Very grateful for their help!

John and his team are absolutely the best if you are searching for your dream home, rental or investment property. A seasoned and experienced professional like John has surrounded himself with an amazing team that will take care of all their customers needs.
My family and I had a dream home in mind which we conveyed to John. John assigned us one of his stars, Sam Abraham to work with us. Working with Sam was the best thing that could have happened to us. Sam was so patient and attentive to all our needs. When our dream home popped up in the market, Sam made sure we got the deal done. His persistence and due diligence got us the home. Thank you Sam. You rock. If it weren't for Sam, we would not have bought our dream house.
