I’ve never had such a great dental experience! Everyone is so friendly. X-rays and cleaning was gentle, comfortable, quick and thorough. Everything is well thought out for patient experience from nice greetings when you walk in, to the TVs on the ceiling, and the goodie bag. Very happy to find my new favorite dentist!

10/10 experience. I came to Dr. Lam after seeing him and his team on TikTok. Came for a standard cleaning and then for a cavity filling and will go back for a teeth whitening procedure soon. The two times I’ve been there, him and his team have been very caring and professional. They also provide snacks and water which I appreciate. What I also liked was the welcome baggie I received, but what I really loved was the warm lavender-scented towel they offered after both of my procedures to wipe my hands and my face. The office space is really modern and comfortable. They even put Vaseline on my lips before my teeth filling to ensure they didn’t get dry. I had never experienced any of this at other dentist office so all this really embraced the welcoming and spa-like environment that is preached on their website. Reminds me of Will Guidara’s “Unreasonable Hospitality” concept which I use at my own job. Anyway, definitely recommend. 👌👌👌✅✅✅💯💯💯

I had such a great experience at Refine Dentistry for my cleaning! Victoria gave me the most comfortable and gentle cleaning I’ve ever had—truly above and beyond. The front desk team was so warm and welcoming, which made the whole visit feel easy and pleasant. I left feeling thoroughly cared for and genuinely impressed by the level of attention and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Such a great dental office. They’re so welcoming and accommodating the entire time and make sure you’re comfortable. It’s always clean and quiet inside. The procedure I got gave me back my confidence.

I drove 5 HOURS, because I read great reviews and saw the before and after pictures of all the dental work. It was definitely worth it! Got a filling done no sensitivity or pain. Dr. Lam and his staff were awesome, very kind and informative, took their time to answer all our questions.
