10 stars if I could! Absolutely amazing experience! Refine is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years, and now I’m actually excited to go back! Victoria did my cleaning and she was incredible—so kind, funny, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She explained every step clearly and checked in often to make sure I understood and didn’t have any questions. I’m already telling all my friends and family to book with Victoria at Refine—you’ll be so glad you did!

Just had my first visit with my new dentist and I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. They were incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the appointment, even if it was just a cleaning
They were also super thoughtful! Even offered Vaseline for my lips during the cleaning (such a small detail, but it made a big difference!). I truly appreciated the extra care and kindness. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Dr. Lam and his staff provide customers with the most professional and pleasant experience you'll EVER have. This place has state-of-the-art equipment to make procedures very tolerable. If you're feeling anxious about a procedure, I would go there. This place is the best.

As someone with dental anxiety refine dentistry truly surpassed all my expectations. Super clean office & such a friendly staff! Evan took all my xrays and was super patient with me the entire time. Dr. Lam did an amazing job on my tooth and answered all my questions! Found my new dentist home!
