I brought my son to get an extraction done and upon entering the building I noticed how clean and welcoming this location is. The staff made sure I had all the proper paperwork taken care of in a timely manner. When we got to the back the staff made the process and billing very simple and understandable which made me my child feel comfortable. I definitely see myself in the future returning to take care of my dental needs.

The staff are great people. I’ve been going to this location for years. My one star review is due to the fact that I was lied to during my orthodontic consultation. I was provided with the price of removal of my braces and the necessary retainer. So I budgeted for said price and excitedly made my appointment. Only to get the braces removed and the representative increased the price of retainers from $200 to $350. I was devastated and so shocked that they lied about something like that. The ladies at the front desk collected my payment with confused expressions on their faces as the lady told them $350. I needed them so had to buy them. Sad. 😔 hopefully I can reach out to the head person in charge about this. I met her once when she came in and exchanged pleasantries before this happened but I can’t remember her name. Anyway, just beware that they lie and change prices after they’ve removed the braces.

I was scheduled a last minute appointment and was seen with without any hassles. The removal of my tooth was so seamless. I would recommend them for all dental procedures. They were very friendly and calming.

When in today for my sister’s wisdom teeth removal. Her appointment was schedule at 11am. Once we checked it took about 20ish minute to even check us in. Once we checked in filled had to wait got told. Our clinic is like a hospital so had to wait for the other patients to go before it was our turn. At this point we had an appointment schedule at 11 and when she got called it was about 12:20. Once she went in started on her procedure. When she came out she was crying. I asked what happened. First the anesthesia didn’t work so she could feel what’s was happening, second she could feel how aggressive the surgeon was when removing her wisdom teeth. Then she started having a panic attack due to her being unable to breathe with all things in her mouth. She got told not to move because of the sharp tools they were using. She didn’t get checked up on while they were performing. Horrible horrible experience. By far the worst

I don’t plan on coming back to this location/business. The decor and set up is nice and inviting and the receptionist at the front desk was warm and welcoming (this is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1).
However, the dental hygienist never even introduced himself to me. He was just there and started working after the doctor filled my cavities. The dentist was not personable, and was just in and out. I expected different as I was a first time patient. When I had a question for her regarding a certain treatment she seemed shocked that I asked and was just trying to get out.
I was never asked to electronically sign certain papers and the hygienist seemed irritated by me for not electronically signing papers I was not informed to sign. (In hindsight I realized I actually signed a hard copy). After resolving the issue at the front with the receptionist, she saw that I did sign the papers (after I showed her on my phone) and that they just never went through in the system.
The hygienist did not give a thorough cleaning compared to the care I’m used to. All he did was polish my teeth and place fluoride in. My previous hygienist would floss and look at each tooth in detail for my cleaning. Compared to that experience, this man barely looked in my mouth. As a healthcare worker myself, the “care” that I received here was subpar compared to what I’m used to, and that I make the efforts to give my own patients.
I won’t be a returning customer.
