I would give this place 5 stars if the ladies in the front weren’t so rude. They don’t acknowledge/greet me and my son anytime that we walk in. He has been in braces for 15-16 months and they are not friendly or acknowledging at all! Its simple customer service a nice smile and hand waive go a long way. They really need a training on how to greet patients. I don’t feel welcomed walking into the office.

Dr. Nguyen, Christy and Ms. Pauline made me feel so comfortable in my appointment today. They listened to my concerns regarding my previous bad experience with other dentist and assured me that I was in the best care possible. They treated me with so much care and comfort that this was my best experience ever in a dentist appointment. I highly recommend them for any dentistry needs.

Pauline and Dr. Nguyen have absolutely amazing customer service. The ladies at the front were very helpful and personable as we made efforts to come up with financial solutions pertaining to my health plan.

Dr. Nguyen and Pauline were amazing and very comforting from the. Moment I stepped through the door and left. I told Pauline that I appreciated her Calming presence. I haven’t been to the Dentist in year, She reassured me that everything will be Just fine. Oh and the music is of the chain!!

This location overbooks, and they are unapologetic about wasting your time. I scheduled my appointment a week ago, on 3/14, for 10:00am on 3/21. I arrived on-time, only to be told that my slot had been moved to 9:45am, so I was now too late to be seen. I produced an email confirmation showing a 10:00am time. I went so far as to show the name of the person with whom I scheduled the appointment, which I had notated on my personal calendar. The woman at the front desk told me she could see the same name of the scheduler but made no attempt to remedy the situation. In the end, the same person at the front and Dr. Le made neither apology, nor concession. They held me accountable to their late policy, although I was not late. They offered to reschedule. No thanks!
The screenshot of the draft of this post to validate that 22 minutes into what should have been my appointment time, I am back in my car and free to commute back to my desk, where I may search for another provider and take more time away from my work. Shameful.
