Dr. Nguyen and Pauline were amazing and very comforting from the. Moment I stepped through the door and left. I told Pauline that I appreciated her Calming presence. I haven’t been to the Dentist in year, She reassured me that everything will be Just fine. Oh and the music is of the chain!!

This location overbooks, and they are unapologetic about wasting your time. I scheduled my appointment a week ago, on 3/14, for 10:00am on 3/21. I arrived on-time, only to be told that my slot had been moved to 9:45am, so I was now too late to be seen. I produced an email confirmation showing a 10:00am time. I went so far as to show the name of the person with whom I scheduled the appointment, which I had notated on my personal calendar. The woman at the front desk told me she could see the same name of the scheduler but made no attempt to remedy the situation. In the end, the same person at the front and Dr. Le made neither apology, nor concession. They held me accountable to their late policy, although I was not late. They offered to reschedule. No thanks!
The screenshot of the draft of this post to validate that 22 minutes into what should have been my appointment time, I am back in my car and free to commute back to my desk, where I may search for another provider and take more time away from my work. Shameful.

Dr. Thompson is very thorough and kind. Very gentle. I definitely recommend this dentist and staff. Christy performed the cleaning and my teeth felt so smooth and clean afterwards. Clarissa assisted fantasticly and Clayton was awesome with admitt assistance explaining everything logistically. Go see Sienna Modern Dentistry…you won’t regret it.

i have been going to sienna modern dentistry for years. today, when i arrived for my appointment, the woman at the counter said they were going to have to cancel it because they didn’t have my new insurance information, and they require it 24 hours in advance. i told them i spoke to someone the friday before who didn’t say anything about that— not to mention i’ve brought new insurance information in the day of my appointment before and it’s been fine. the woman at the counter told me i didn’t speak to anyone, that they left a message. but unless i hallucinated it, i did.
i also got my braces here and they took them off at two years, not because my treatment was complete, but because “i reached the end of my contract”. which is not something i’ve ever heard of with orthodontic patients before. the treatment is supposed to give results, not have the plug pulled just because it’s taking longer than they anticipated. this place is just a corporate money drain, don’t waste your time. i wish i hadn’t.

Sienna Dentistry is absolutely phenomenal! The customer service was superb, and Jasmine was truly the star of the experience. Her warm, positive spirit and exceptional care made this visit unforgettable—better than Chick-fil-A!
The environment was incredibly relaxing, with calming music that enhanced the peaceful vibe. The playlist was so enjoyable, it felt like a spa visit!
What stood out the most was how thoughtful the team was. I arrived hungry, and they graciously provided something to keep me from feeling faint—a gesture that truly reflects their commitment to patient care.
This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Sienna Dentistry to anyone looking for exceptional service.
