I highly recommend Subtle Smiles. Dr. T and his staff are amazing! They are very knowledgeable and explain their plan and everything they are doing. My family have had our cleaning and I’ve had my crowns done here and been pleased with the results. The procedures are pain free and Dr T and his staff are very attentive to their patients. The facility is also very clean and up to date! We appreciate their staff and all the accommodations they do to make our appointments work given our busy family schedule. Again, I highly recommend seeing Dr. T and his staff!!!!!

They were very friendly, communicated well, and maintained a clean environment. When some issues arose during my treatment, they took the time to explain everything to me and provide the necessary care. I recommend them because they genuinely care about your dental health, which is something I truly appreciate. Thank you, Dr. Ranilo and your entire team.

I’ve had fillings, crowns, cleanings, and Invisalign treatment here, and the care has been consistently excellent. Dr. T (dentist and orthodontist) and Victoria (dental hygienist) are very careful and thorough, and every procedure has been smooth and pain-free. Also, the entire team is friendly, professional, and makes every visit a pleasant experience.

Very unprofessional and misleading experience at Subtle Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics.
Recently I went in for a regular cleaning. I was initially told a deep cleaning was recommended but that a regular cleaning was still an option, and that my insurance would cover the visit. After checking with my insurance, I confirmed they only cover regular cleanings, not deep cleanings.
Both Dr. Tuazon and the clinic assistant clearly stated that a regular cleaning was possible and that the choice was mine. However, when I later called to confirm my appointment and chose the regular cleaning, the doctor suddenly insisted that only a deep cleaning would be done, spoke to me disrespectfully, and told me, “If you don’t like our decision, you can make a complaint.”
This felt like clear pressure to force a much more expensive procedure that my insurance does not cover, after previously saying I had a choice. Deep cleanings are not routine care and should not be pushed on patients without transparency and respect.
This experience was frustrating, dishonest, and highly unprofessional. I do not recommend this clinic. Be very careful and verify everything with your insurance before going here.

The Subtle Smiles team are awesome, they were all very friendly. Dr. T, Victoria and the staff made my dental visit enjoyable and I walked away learning a lot. The deep cleaning was pain free! 🙂. I will definitely be coming back for future cleanings.
