This is the most upscale TDECU bank I’ve been in so far. Service was excellent. Was greeted when I came in. After the receptionist checked me in she offered me a choice of snacks (cookies, chips, snack bar) and water or coffee. She then showed me to my seating area where a tv display played a basic cable channel. I made an appointment the day before I visited the bank and waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen by a rep. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend my family and friends to bank with this bank. Great bank. Good benefits.

Unbelievably Poor Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this bank. I was quoted a specific time frame for my request, but it took TEN TIMES LONGER than promised. Even worse, after all that unnecessary waiting, they still failed to complete what I needed done.
Not only did they waste my time, but they also wasted my gas and my entire lunch break. This level of inefficiency and disregard for their customers’ time is completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this bank to anyone who values their time or expects reliable service.

I have been a TDECU customer located at Sienna - Missouri City for over 2 years now and have always enjoyed going to this bank until today. Everything changed after meeting with Crystal, but not in a positive way. I came to the bank to issue 2 cashier's checks, and I had some questions, but she seemed on the verge of losing her temper while assisting me. Crystal was very impatient, and I could sense her anger towards me for asking questions. She needs to take anger management classes. I don't understand why TDECU hired someone like Crystal who lacks patience with customers. CRYSTAL DESERVES ONE STAR.

When I initially open my account that this location the customer service was top notched. I am not certain what has changed over the last few years but the customer service has certainly changed. I stopped by the bank yesterday (Saturday) around 11:30 and attempted to go through the drive through. Only one lane was open and there as a truck in front of me and then a car pulled in behind me so I was unable to get out after waiting almost 15 minutes. The car behind me finally left and I was able to get out of line only to go inside and see another line of at least 7 people waiting for one teller who was managing both. She was doing the best she could but the most concerning part is when you walk in and see her co-workers sitting in the offices not servicing anyone, seeing how long the line is and not making any attempt to help anyone. I have noticed this at other locations and I am not quite certain why this is their practice but it is beyond unprofessional.

They seem to be closing all of their locations, and I can see why. They are so understaffed. Unfortunately they removed both ATM’s they had at this location so now it’s a “business hours only” location and the ATM inside is locked as well and it’s broken half the time. They always only have 1 teller which is why I prefer to use the ATM and go. I’ve been with TDECU for 10 years and I think I’m ready to make that switch elsewhere.
