They jumped right in, had my estimated purchase price dialed in on the very first day, and within three days, I had a pre-approval letter I could confidently hand to a seller. I put an offer in on a house within a week, and a month and a half later, I closed.
The whole team really pulled together. I can’t say one person stood out more than the others—it truly felt like they were all working on my loan together. Anytime I had a question, they got back to me quickly. Their app was also a huge plus. It kept me updated every step of the way and made uploading documents fast and easy.
